We are a company dedicated to the international production of shellfish, cephalopods and fish. In our production centers there are two main sections, HPP and FAO 34.
HPP: We are dedicated to the production of raw shellfish peeled by high pressure. Thanks to this high-pressure process, manual peeling and deep-freezing, we manage to keep all the properties of the product intact.
FAO 34: Our daily presence in the main ports on the African coast allows us to make a selection of the best fresh product of the day. The implementation of our work methodology in the production centers allows us to have total control over quality standards.
