King Crab from the Barents Sea. The high pressure separates the meat from the shell, facilitating its extraction and preserving all its properties. In each box we find the eight extremities of the crab in perfect condition. We dedicate a lot of efforts in the selection and classification of the pieces. We can ensure that all the caught crabs are alive before the high pressure process.
