Ultra-frozen precooked, consisting of mussel shell stuffed with its own meat and bechamel sauce; formulated from a mixture of flour, potato starch, tomato and mussel meat. Bechamel made with cooking and subsequent manual dosing in the shell of the mussel, glued-breaded and deep-frozen.
