With our headquarters based in Las Palmas in Gran Canaria, our 7 fishing vessels are strategically positioned to operate in key areas across Morocco and Mauritania, where we have exclusive agreements in place with local storehouses.
At Unión Martín, we are committed to quality, promoting continuous improvement in our own control systems. We have established an Integrated Management System in accordance with ISO 14001 for Environmental Administration and ISO 9001 for Quality Management. We have the IFS Food standard certification too. We are also a category 3 intermediate plant for Sandach products, and one of the first Canary Island companies to achieve this status.
