Red Chamber Argentina S.A. is an expert in sourcing the highest quality seafood. Its own processing plant is located in Patagonia and supplies the world market with wild and natural seafood. The main business is the development of products from Wild Red Patagonian Shrimp and Hake from Atlantic Ocean and Squid, among others.

The Patagonian region is one of the most beautiful areas in the world, where the pure water serves as a healthy, stress-free environment for marine life, creating a nutrient-rich ecosystem that produces the best seafood and fish.Red Chamber Argentina products are caught by its own vessels, processed in its own factory by qualified personnel and tested by quality experts, resulting in highly innovative and flexible solutions for each customer.

Since 2015, Red Chamber Argentina has exported from Puerto Madryn to The United States; China; Japan; Korea; the European Union and Brazil.

The BRC food certificate also strengthen the manufacturing process. 

SUSTAINABILITY

Red Chamber Argentina knows that the future of the fishing industry depends on sourcing seafood in a socially and environmentally responsible manner. With the main goal of achieving MSC certification, the company has joined to Fishery Improvement Projects (FIPs), a multi-stakeholder initiative aimed at helping the fishery move towards sustainability. 

Red Chamber sets rigorous internal standards and works to ensure best practices, maintain traceability and continuously improve performance. 

ON SHORE PROCESSING PLANT AND FISHING FLEET

Red Chamber Argentina employs more than 500 people. The processing capacity is 100 tons of frozen products per day.The company also has a fishing fleet composed of beam trawlers and coastal fishing vessels.The factory beam trawlers catch the shrimp and process them immediately on board to preserve their flavor and texture. The coastal ships supply the factory onshore with high quality and fresh products.
