This classic-type cooker is designed for small or artisanal productions, with capacity for one or more racks (depending on the model chosen and the customer's needs). From 2 meters long to 6 meters of standard manufacturing measures. Ideal for cooking on grills both in bulk and in cans. Manufactured in A-316 quality stainless steel and equipped with supply, aeration, purge, and emptying valves to control it. Installed with the Process Control Unit ALFOGAR Mod.C-115, in which we can store the cooking programs for the different types of fish.
It should be noted that this cooker is a traditional cooking equipment in the canning industry that provides slow cooking and, being carried out under pressure, allows the flavors to penetrate even more into the meat of the fish. Various control or analysis equipment can be optionally installed. Built under CE standards.
