CONTINUOUS OILER

Machine made of A-316 stainless steel and other materials suitable for contact with food. This oiler is our own design, although based on the overflow system, it is the main watchword to avoid.

Its composed of:

· Main tank for containment of oils or sauces.

· Pumping system for oils or sauces.

· Channels of distribution and dosage by channels from regulation of flow of each one of them.

· Wobble belts.

With this belt system, we ensure that the cans remain for as long as possible passing through the dosing channel area, in this way we achieve a gradual filling of the cans, giving the product time to absorb or collect the governing liquid, which enough without reaching the overflow, which stains the can and it reaches the washing machine or the autoclave with more dirt than it should. Optionally, a brine injection system can be attached, which is made up of a mixing or containment tank, an impeller pump and an injection system.
