SLICED OCTOPUS CUTTER

The octopus cutting machine is ideal for slicing octopus tentacles and head strips, as well as slicing tentacles of other cephalopods. The machine is configured from the start with a cutting width measure. For the work, the tentacle is placed in the cutting buckets and when it passes through the cutting head, the blades make a clean cut on the tentacle, once the head has been passed. At the cutting stage, the tentacles fall and are deposited in the lower collection tray or exit to the lifting belt to the next machine. Very easy to use and maintain, with an average production of 400kg/h with personnel adapted to the work of the machine. Made of A-316 stainless steel and other materials suitable for contact with food products. Requires power and water to clean the blades as you cut the tentacles to eliminate the possibility of clogging in the cutting head.
