Depalletizing of containers

The automatic container depalletizer is designed to feed empty containers to the plant, it provides an average production of 1,200 cans per minute of RR-125 containers or similar such as RR-90, RR-70, RO-85 etc… or others. types of packaging, being able to increase production or packaging format upon request. A distribution system can be incorporated into this machine to feed different lines of work automatically. The depalletizer has a pallet feeder and empty pallet outlet, depalletizing maneuver, automatic cardboard removal, buffer belt and exit or distributor belt, all maneuvers are carried out automatically. Optionally, a pallet stacker can be attached depending on available space. Even so, we provide our machines with manual handling in the event of any unscheduled maneuver or action. Motorized roller conveyor, for the entry of the full pallet to be depalletized and the exit of the empty pallet, made of stainless steel and other materials. Pallet elevator for depalletizing cans manufactured with a chain lifting system with control of the rise and height of the pallet at all times. Lung belt for collecting cans after removing the pallet, made of stainless steel and modular belt conveyor. Alignment belt and machine exit, made of stainless steel and conveyor belt in modular belt.
