Samosas

Crunchy and spicy. Of Indian origin, they came to Portugal via Indo-Portuguese cuisine. With an oriental flavour, samosas are small triangular-shaped fried pastries of crispy dough, usually filled with minced meat or vegetables, which are a delight for those who appreciate intense flavours. In addition to the traditional meat, chicken and vegetable recipes, Rissolaria Tradicional has innovated and created samosas with colour and new flavours, including prawns with paprika dough (orange) and green tea dough (green), filled with vegetables. Mushrooms and octopus are also part of our menu - the same concept, for different tastes!
