The rissoles are a perfect snack for any time of the day. Made with a soft dough and lots of filling, rissoles are part of Portuguese gastronomy, they are like tapas in Spain, everyone knows what they are, every restaurant and bar has them and there is no party that doesn't serve them. Light and crunchy, they are excellents as an appetizer, a meal or as a snack at any time. On the RT menu you can permanently find 23 different fillings, from the more traditional meat and shrimp to the more sophisticated and exotic cockle rissoles with cuttlefish ink, with intense colour and flavour, not forgetting vegetarians and vegans! We still have two lines, the traditional frying line, golden and crispy, and the oven line, healthier, but with the same flavour as always! With different shapes and sizes, you will find something for all tastes, with colours, extracted from natural products without colourings or preservatives and also with animal shapes, to delight children at mealtimes.
