Patagonia Loligo Squid

Patagonian Squid (Loligo patagonico/Loligo gahi), is caught in the cold & pristine waters of the Southwest Atlantic (FAO 41) using Trawls in an ethical and responsible manner, deepfrozen on board inmediately after catching to preserves all its nutritional values and gastronomic properties. The loligo squid is low in calories and fat, in addition is a great source of proteins necessary in our day to day life. Our squid products have been awarded with the "Superior Taste Award" due to its unique taste and quality.
