TSP, TSA, and MAXI

FRIMAQ has a wide range of traysealers covering both fully automatic lines for high speed productions, as well as medium productions and semi-automatic machines.

The models TSP; TSP4, TSP6 and TSP8 are designed to work on fully automatic lines for high speed productions. These automatic tray lidding machines work with all types of regular preformed trays and can operate in modified atmosphere (MAP), vacuum and skin. 

The TSA 626 and 826 are designed to pack food products in pre-formed trays. The trays are sealed with a tray-compatible, heat sealable lidding film. Depending on the customer's requirements, modified atmosphere packaging (MAP), vacuum, skin and bump packaging are possible. The TSA models are fully automatic tray lidding machines, designed for customers looking for an automated entry level for medium to high production capacities. The trays are automatically conveyed through bars on the infeed conveyor to the sealing station, sealed and finally passed to an outfeed conveyor.

MAXI SKIN +40 is a highly versatile semi-automatic tray sealer that can produce between 80 and 300 trays per hour. This compact tray sealer is perfect for small spaces and is able to meet any type of production and customer needs, using both traditional trays and flat cardboard.
