ROSA DE LOS VIENTOS, S.L. was born in 1990 with the founders MANUEL OTERO and MERCEDES GONZALEZ.

Go back many generations previously, MERCEDES'S GRANDMOTHER sold dry octopus in EEUU and JAPAN.

MANUEL OTERO is fron the ONS INSLAND where the BEST GALICIAN OCTOPUS was made.He has more than 50 years in this professional area.
